- At Black River Silver, we are happy to offer a refund (minus postage & packaging) if you wish to return an order.
- You must inform us, in writing, within 7 working days from the date on which you received your order. All items should be returned in their original packaging.
- As returned goods are your responsibility until they arrive safely back with us, we recommend that you send them by registered post. We will refund the money as soon as possible, but within 30 days of receiving return of the goods,in the condition we dispatched them to you in.
- Bespoke or personalised items cannot, unfortunately, be refunded.
